Robert at the SAFY Youth Centre

Robert Kyaligonza, 22, Kitamanyangamba

“Before SAFY as an organisation came to our village I was influenced in peer group activities such as smoking, clubbing and I used to dodge my school lessons due to hard life in my teenage life.

“After joining SAFY, I became a Peer Educator, which awarded me a lot of life skills such as counseling, sensitizing and after that I gained respect. And during my free time am used to go out for door to door counseling within our community with my fellow Peer Educators. I would like to go back for my studies where by in future I would like to be a journalist traveling around the world.

“This goes out to all my fellow agements that they should recognise their minds that they should be patient and give respect to every thing whatever comes in their future.

“GOD BLESS YOU. Thanks”
